~The Dare~

“I love you.”

“I love you more.”

“Gaaaaaaaaaaah.”

“You are my soulmate.”

“You’re mine.”

“GAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!”

“Geez, Rin,” sighed Luka, who’d just turned away from her blue haired boyfriend. The two lovebirds were currently tangled together on the sofa. “Just leave the room if you’re going to be like that.”

Rin was laying upside down on a nearby armchair, waving her feet about in the air. Kaito and Luka were had been awfully lovey-dovey with each other the past hour but Rin couldn’t bring herself to move. She’d been working hard the past few days, writing new songs to please master and was exhausted. Poor Rin finally got her day off, only for her peace to be interrupted by couple’s goo goo talk.

“Meh,” Rin said, rubbing her eyes, “I can’t be bothered.”

Kaito chuckled. “You wouldn’t understand, because you don’t have a soulmate!”

Rin rolled her eyes at his cheesy words. She was only fourteen, like she needed a soulmate anyway. She had plenty of time before she had  to worry about love and romance and all that crap. Yes, Kaito and Luka were older than her. But...c’mon. You never know, something might happen and they’d go through a terrible break up. Rin had made this point clear the other day but Luka just told her to stop thinking to negatively all the time.

Rin couldn’t help it, it was just her character. She’d always been the one to bring up the bad points. Sometimes she accidentally put people down because of it. Like when Gakupo spent four hours on painting a bowl of fruit. Rin commented on how it looked like a bowl of mangled private parts. She got snapped at for that.  Her sarcastic nature wasn’t a big help either.

The only person who didn’t seem bothered by Rin’s negativity and sarcastic wit was Len, her beloved duet partner. They’d been best friends for four years, now. They were both invited to join the Vocaloids at the age of ten. Both the talented, little blondes clicked instantly and they seemed to be the only ones in the Vocaloid Mansion who truly understood each other. All Rin had to do was look at Len and straight away would he know what she was thinking.

Come to think of it, if Rin HAD to choose a ‘soulmate’ in the house, she’d probably pick Len. She wasn’t ashamed admitting to herself he was pretty attractive, in both looks and personality. But she supposed that for now she was happy being just friends. Well...as long as no one tried to snatch him away. Oh boy, then there’d be problems.

“Riiiiiiiiiin~” Kaito slurred in Rin’s left ear.

“You’re blushiiiiiiing~” Luka slurred in her right.

Rin noticed how she’d gone into a daydream about Len and quickly shook her head. Luka and Kaito were now either side of her and she jumped in surprise, falling off the armchair and landing on her back, bumping her head in the process.

“Ow...” she groaned and massaged her head.

Luka and Kaito laughed at the blonde heap on the floor and stood up. They stopped laughing and smirked down at Rin. Rin stopped massaging before letting out a large gulp. Grabbing one arm each, Luka and Kaito dragged Rin to her feet and winked at the same time.

“Come on, Rin...” chuckled Kaito.

“We know you like Len...” Luka giggled.

Rin bowed her head so her large, white bow drooped over to hide her red face. “Hmph.”

“So you don’t deny it?” asked Kaito with an amused tone in his voice.

“HMPH!”

“Come now, little tsundere,” said Luka as she looked a very red Rin in the eye. “We all know you like him. I think you should go for it.”

“WH-WHAT?!”

“Geeeeeeeez, calm down, little one,” Kaito said and he wrapped his arm around Rin’s shoulder. He leaned slowly towards her ear and whispered, “What if we dare you?”

Rin was never one to fail a dare. No matter what was dared, she’d do it. She didn’t want people to think she was weak and went along with anything. Once she was dared to spend the whole evening out in a thunderstorm. She did it. She was also dared to eat a fish that was a week off. She did that, too...but also spent the next week in bed with food poisoning.

Luka smirked, she’d heard Kaito clearly. “We dare you...”

“No...”

“To go into Len’s room...” continued Kaito.

“No...!”

“And kiss him,” Luka finished.

“Nooooooooooo!”

“Wait,” Luka said as she changed her mind. “I dare you to go make out with Len!”

“WHAT?!”

Kaito had heard his lover's words clearly and grinned. He proceeded to pick Rin up, dangle her over his shoulder and sprint upstairs. While running in the hallway, they passed by Miku.

“Help!” cried Rin, her arms flailing about.

“Just smile and wave, Miku... Smile and wave,” hissed Luka who was now running behind Kaito.
Miku didn’t have to question and raised her hand up in an awkward wave. Luka meant business and honestly, that scared her.

They stopped outside Len’s bedroom. The door was open. Kaito gently placed the squirming blonde down. She crossed her arms and looked away, a blush creeping up on her cheeks once again.

“Now,” whispered Kaito with a smirk.

“You go have le sexy times with Len,” giggled Luka and she pushed Rin into Len’s room.

“We should totally go tell Iroha and Oliver,” said Kaito with his hands pressed to his mouth in amusement.

“Yeah,” agreed Luka with a grin. “I mean, give them something better to do than eat each other’s faces off all day.” The couple proceeded to knock on the bedroom next door to Len’s.

Len was sat on his bed, staring at his phone. He was wearing his shorts and shirt, but his arms and legs were bare. Rin shivered. No going back, now. She shut the door behind her causing Len to look up. He smiled.

“Oh, thank god you’re here. I’ve been putting up with Oliver and Iroha making noises next door. I swear they’re doing something they really shouldn’t be do - Mmph!”

Without a word Rin had pounced on Len and captured his lips with her own. Len’s eyes grew wide and his face, extremely red. She didn’t know what the result would be. She could only wait to see if Len would kiss back. Only a few seconds passed yet it felt like hours...

Rin gasped as Len suddenly pushed her off. A wave of disappointment washed over her as her first thought was Len didn’t like it. But to her complete and utter surprise her male counterpart quickly pushed her down onto the bed and crawled over her with dazed eyes. Rin quickly went scarlet.

He mashed his lips against hers in a passionate kiss, squeezing her hand with his left and cupping her face with his right. The kiss was soft and gentle, but it wasn’t long before he was kissing her harder. Rin felt him licking her lips softly, asking for permission to enter. She blushed a deeper shade of red (if that was even possible) and opened her mouth. Their tongues collided, both of them to moaning softly.

This was amazing. Rin could hardly believe she was actually kissing - well, kissing was an understatement - her best friend. The dare was successful but she honestly didn’t think she would enjoy it as much as this. She didn’t even expect Len to be so willing back. However, Rin wanted more...she knew Len did too. She could tell by the way he was kissing her.

Another moan escaped her lips as she spread her legs and hooked them up around Len’s waist. Len groaned and buried his face in her neck, kissing and nibbling at her hot skin. The scarlet girl mewled loudly. She started rocking her hips against his, panting as Len continued nipping her neck.

“Nyaaa~!” Rin cried out as Len bit her neck.

He quickly pulled back, eyes full of worry. “Did I hurt you?”

“N-No...” stuttered Rin. She turned her head away from Len. “It j-just felt good...”

“Oh... W-Well in that case...” Len lowered his head into her neck once more and bit her again. Rin groaned loudly and rocked her hips against his faster.

“Geez, Rin...ngh~” Len panted before he started sucking on his little uke’s neck.

Rin didn’t bother to try and mask the loud moan that erupted from her throat. Len smirked into her neck as she shook beneath him, eyes glazed with nothing but lust and pleasure. She tightened her legs making Len retreat from her neck and stare into her eyes.

“Len...k-kiss me...”

He didn’t need to be told twice and attacked her lips fiercely, his passion for her burning brightly. Rin kissed back, slipping her tongue into his mouth once more and battling for dominance. Len refused to let his ‘little uke’ win and pushed her tongue out of the way, running his along the roof of her mouth. Rin shook with pleasure and tangled her fingers into Len’s hair, her legs still tightly wrapped around his waist.

It wasn’t long before Len was back by her neck, slowly kissing downwards. He moved her top out of the way a little so he could access her collarbone. He kissed it gently before nibbling her softly.  Rin continued to rock her hips against his and run her delicate fingers through his hair. Len’s ponytail was long gone.

“Ngh, Rin~”

“L-Len~”

“Kyaa! They’re so adorable!”

“SHUT UP, IROHA! THEY’LL HEAR!”

Both the moaning blondes turned to look at the doorway. Rin filled with dread when she realised she’d forgotten to lock the door on the way in.

“...way to go, Oliver.”

In a flash the young cat and sailor were gone. Rin quickly went shy and unwrapped her legs from Len’s waist. She covered her face with her hands. Len stayed hovering above her, rather hot and flustered. Yet he continued to gaze down at her lovingly.

“What was with the sudden kiss, Rinny?” he asked, his expression soft.

“Luka dared me...” Rin confessed, still hiding her face.

“Oh.” He sounded so sad...

“B-But!”

“Hm?”

Rin moved her hands away from her face and looked shyly up at Len. “I’m glad she did... I’ve kinda been wanting to make a move on you for a while, now.”

Len’s eyes quickly sparkled with happiness. He leaned down a little and nuzzled Rin’s nose with his. “I guess we owe Luka our thanks.”

“Mm,” was all Rin could say. She gently nuzzled Len back, causing the blonde boy to chuckle softly. “I sh-should have locked the door...”

“Oh, well,” Len said and winked. “I’m sure there will be plenty more of this in the future.”

“Eh?”

“Maybe you’re moans might be even loouuder~!”

“LEN!”

“I love you.”

“I LOVE YOU TOO, BUT STILL!”

“Heh...”

“Hmph.”

“Perhaps I might make it under your top...”

“SCREW YOU!”
